Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your OBAID DOCTRINE account and the personal data associated with it without signing in or reinstalling the app.
How to submit a deletion request
- Send an email to ObaidDoctrine@gmail.com from the email address registered to your OBAID DOCTRINE account, where possible.
- Use the subject line OBAID DOCTRINE — Account Deletion Request.
- In the message, state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not send your password or authentication codes.
- If you cannot access your registered email, contact us from another address and explain this. We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership before deletion.
What will be deleted
After we verify the request and complete processing, we will delete the OBAID DOCTRINE account identity and associated account information held for the service, including the registered email address, display name (if provided), authentication account credentials and active sessions, and any account-linked profile data maintained by us or our service providers.
Data stored only on your device
Some app preferences, saved bookmarks and temporary test activity are stored locally on your device rather than in your online account. These local items are not removed by an online account deletion request. To remove them, clear the OBAID DOCTRINE app's storage in your device settings or uninstall the app.
Processing time and limited retention
We will review ownership of the account before taking action and aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record of the request (such as the contact email, request date and completion status) for up to 90 days after completion to document the request and help prevent misuse; that record will then be deleted. Information that must be retained to meet a binding legal obligation may be kept only for the period required by that obligation, and will be restricted to that purpose.
Account deletion is permanent. It may remove access to account-protected OBAID DOCTRINE features. Do not email passwords, one-time codes or other authentication secrets.
